1.1Definitions and interpretation

In the T&Cs, unless the contrary intention appears or the context otherwise requires:

App means the MoneyMe App.

Cashrewards means Cashrewards Pty Limited ACN 150 888 136.

Credit back Rewards means the credit back rewards offered or provided as part of MoneyMe Perks, as described and recorded in the App.

Freestyle Virtual Credit Account means a Freestyle Virtual Credit Account provided by us.

MoneyMe Perks means the rewards program for Credit back Rewards powered by Cashrewards.

We/us/our means MoneyMe Financial Group Pty Limited ACN 163 691 236.

And other terms defined in the body of the T&Cs will have those defined meanings when use in the T&Cs.

2.1You must have an open Freestyle Virtual Credit Account with us to access MoneyMe Perks.

2.2Credit back Rewards earned through MoneyMe Perks are not transferable under any circumstances – for example, you cannot transfer Credit back Rewards to another card or account.

2.3MoneyMe Perks may include sponsored links from advertisers and display offers to you. Such information is provided ‘as is’, without express or implied warranty, and we do not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services.

3.1 To earn Credit back Rewards, you must:

a. shop via the App by clicking ‘Shop now’ in the ‘Perks’ tab; and

b. use your Freestyle card as the method of payment for the online purchase.

3.2 The earn rate of Credit back Rewards will be displayed in the App.

3.3 We may change the earn rate of Credit back Rewards from time to time, and changes will be displayed in the App.

4.1 Credit back Rewards can only be redeemed as a credit to your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account to reduce the principal owing.

4.2 Redemption of Credit back Rewards will occur automatically after the card transaction has cleared in your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account and the Credit back Rewards have been processed by Cashrewards and/or by us.

4.3 Any Credit back Rewards redeemed will not count as payment towards your minimum monthly payment.

5.1 If a transaction is reversed (for example, where there is a refund or a fraudulent transaction), any accrual of Credit back Rewards will be reversed.

5.2 Where Credit back Rewards have been credited to your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account, and we at any time have evidence or reason to believe that those Credit back Rewards were credited to you due to the fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest actions of you or any other person, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction and the Credit back Rewards.

5.3 If the Credit back Rewards which are to be reversed have already been credited to your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account, the reversal will increase the principal owing.

5.4 If the Credit back Rewards which are to be reversed have already been credited to your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account, but at the time of the reversal your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account has been closed, you are liable to us for any benefit received from the reversed Credit back Rewards. We can either require you to pay the amount immediately, collect the amount from any funds returned to us associated with the referral, or collect the amount from any bank account for which we hold a direct debit authority.

6.1 If you close your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account, you will no longer have access to MoneyMe Perks. However, your Cashrewards member account will remain active, and can be accessed using the Cashrewards website and app.

7.1 You will not accrue Credit back Rewards:

a. for any transactions made while your Freestyle Virtual Credit Account is in arrears; or

b. if you are in breach of these T&Cs or the Freestyle Virtual Credit Account Terms and Conditions.

7.2 We may at any time vary any of these T&Cs.

7.3 We will provide you with notice of any variation to, suspension of, or termination of, MoneyMe Perks or these T&Cs on our website, through the App, or by sending a notice to the email address we have recorded for you.

7.4 If we change the way in which we calculate Credit back Rewards, this will not affect the calculation in relation to any purchases you have made before the change takes effect.

7.5 We may terminate MoneyMe Perks at any time by giving you notice. Credit back will continue to accrue for all transactions up to the date of termination.

7.6 We will not cancel or suspend accrued Credit back Rewards.

7.7 We may exchange your information with Cashrewards (including but not limited to your personal information, including credit-related information) for the purpose of providing MoneyMe Perks and allowing you to earn Credit back Rewards.

7.8 To the maximum extent permitted by law we do not guarantee the accuracy of rewards advertised on the App. Merchants may withdraw from Credit back Rewards with or without notice to us, in which case Credit back Rewards offers may not be available.

7.9 You acknowledge and agree that we do not make any guarantee or representation, whether express or implied, as to the amount of Credit back Rewards you can earn.

7.10 If you have a dispute about your Credit back Rewards entitlements, please contact us via the App.

7.11 You are solely responsible for any tax liability that may arise in respect of Credit back Rewards.

7.12 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales.

7.13 If a particular term of these T&Cs is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. If any of these T&Cs are invalid, unenforceable or illegal, that term will be struck out and the remaining terms will remain in force. No waiver of any term of these T&Cs will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these T&Cs will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
